Job summary

ECHO INC. is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Florida site operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for staff, volunteers, and guests.

The role supervises Field Techs and a Facilities Manager, coordinating across departments to support global mission activities and events. The ideal candidate will have a facilities-management background, budget responsibilities, and a collaborative, Christ-centered leadership style aligned with ECHO’s values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of facilities maintenance, grounds management, and safety.
• Experience developing budgets and coordinating contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations of the Florida site, setting priorities for facilities, grounds, and field operations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align with ECHO's mission and campus needs.
• Oversee safety, accessibility, hospitality, and site upkeep to support volunteers and visitors.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships, assisting with capital planning.
