TAKKION OPS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a versatile Site Manager for Fixed Site Logistics in Wichita, KS. You will implement operational strategies, coordinate storage and logistics services, and drive personnel development at the site.

Responsibilities include safety, procedures, procurement, expense monitoring, asset allocation, supplier communication, and travel planning across locations. Strong leadership and coordination with field teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain a safe work environment covering all work functions carried out by staff.
• Review Safe Work Instructions and Manuals and establish new work procedures.
• Procure talent and resources to meet work demands.
• Monitor and control expenses to remain within monthly budget.
• Validate department purchases are coded correctly and submitted by end of the month.
• Lead customer visits to evaluate work and make improvement plans as applicable.
• Correctly allocate assets for projects.
• Review and respond to supplier communication.
• Develop succession plans and follow the employee health strategy.
• Complete Paylocity functions for personnel to include coaching, performance reviews, timecard and expense management, and transfers.
• Arrange employee travel plans for supporting work demands throughout Company locations.
• Lead operational review meetings weekly to evaluate work site-wide and determine plan of actions for missed opportunities.
• Complete incident and injury reports.
• Ensure repair and maintenance of equipment is executed.
