Job summary

MB Solutions inc is seeking a Site Operations Manager to provide dedicated leadership for either Fort Bliss warehouse operations or Huntsville analytical operations, in line with PWS 2.5.6. The role leads the site workforce, ensures successful execution of all tasks, and coordinates daily activities to meet performance objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, 7+ years in physical logistics or analytics team leadership, and at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in physical logistics operations or leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Fort Bliss warehouse or Huntsville analytical operations.
• Direct and supervise site personnel to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to achieve performance objectives.
• Maintain accountability for workforce performance, productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with contract requirements, government policies, and operating standards.
• Serve as the primary site-level leadership interface for operational matters.
• Communicate site performance, staffing needs, risks, and concerns to program leadership.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges that could affect contract performance or mission.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support changing priorities and workload requirements.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among employees, leadership, government personnel, and stakeholders.
• Monitor tasks and provide status updates and documentation.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to assigned personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and mission effectiveness.
