ModWash is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Youngstown, OH to oversee daily operations and support the general manager. You will lead a friendly team, drive membership sales, and ensure a legendary car wash experience for every guest.

You will train and motivate staff, manage schedules, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards while pursuing sales goals and delivering outstanding service. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills
• Awesome customer service skills; previous sales experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teammates in a fast-paced environment

• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships
• Safely guide guests through packages and membership options
