Job summary

Michael Page represents a privately owned construction firm delivering multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and office projects. The Assistant Superintendent will help manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality on large-scale builds.

• 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor.
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Background in multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day site operations on large-scale construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Support safety, compliance, and site logistics activities
• Monitor project progress and help resolve field issues proactively
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and project stakeholders
