Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Site Operations & Business Enablement Lead for Salt Lake City. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, ensure compliant processes, and coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to support launches and ongoing operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical device ops, familiarity with FDA/ISO standards, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset. Hybrid work with 10–20% travel, base salary in the $72k–$89k range plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with regulatory environments (FDA/ISO 13485/MDSAP) preferred.
• 3–5 years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and site operations; make timely operational decisions and resolve issues.
• Own manufacturing execution, product traceability, DHRs, configuration control, and documentation integrity.
• Partner with Quality to ensure SOPs, work instructions, training, audit readiness, and remediation of compliance gaps.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing to manage inventory, material availability, supplier performance, and production scheduling.
• Create and maintain end-to-end process maps, operational metrics, and scalable workflows.
• Ensure work instructions and operational documentation are accurate, executable, current, and effective.
• Coordinate operational readiness for product launches, installations, servicing, and customer support; bridge to Field Service.
• Report to key leaders with finance on supporting business decisions.
• Support ERP and business-system process adoption and maintain documented workflows.
