Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• ABET accredited degree preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic implant/product design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand arthroplasty products, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Gather user needs from surgeons and observe device usage.
• Translate needs into design inputs meeting market and regulatory requirements.
• Create product designs with documented rationale.
• Coordinate design transfer to production and validation activities.
• Prepare design verification and validation plans and reports.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and manage project timelines.
