Job summary

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business or communications and 2-5 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Bachelor's in business/communications with 2-5 years of related work experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Direct company programs and implement policy to ensure contract duties are met.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service coverage.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment; oversee budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with customers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contracts.
• Assist with plans, budgets, schedules, bids, and contract documentation.
• Maintain and report on labor hours, overhead, and forecasting.
• Some travel is required for this position.
