The Site Leader partners with executive leadership to execute business strategy, builds capability, and leads Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize performance and scalability

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Has 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operation.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with company strategy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Manage site operating budget and identify profitability improvements.
• Lead workforce planning, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
