Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years direct oncology management leadership experience.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
• RN or ARRT licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with NSL goals to support growth of cancer services.
• Lead service line knowledge through leadership and collaboration.
• Manage day‑to‑day oncology operations and staff to sustain satisfaction.
• Track outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Direct care management activities meeting accrediting bodies and regs.
• Coordinate with leadership to align business and financial objectives.
• Develop, maintain and implement policies and procedures.
• Recruit, develop and supervise staff; coach performance.
• Prepare monthly reports and business plans for targets and budgets.
• Monitor data and metrics; adjust activities by financial trends.
• Assist in budget development and technology assessments.
• Support marketing plans and fundraising for oncology services.
• Build rapport with public stakeholders; represent services publicly.
• Act as liaison for outreach, events and physician engagement.
• Participate on committees; perform other duties as assigned.
