Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aligns NSL goals with site oncology strategy and growth plans.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of inpatient, infusion and radiation oncology.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, NJDOH, and other accrediting bodies.
• Manages budget development, monitoring, and capital planning.
• Leads recruitment, development and supervision of oncology staff.
• Prepares monthly/periodic performance reports and forecasts.
• Represents the service line in community and cross-department events.
