Novartis in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Associate Director - Site MS&T Head for Small Molecule Drug Substance to lead manufacturing science and technology at our global pharmaceutical site.

You will set technical strategy, oversee lifecycle stewardship, drive process optimization, validation, tech transfers, and compliance while developing talent to support growth and launches. Reports to senior management and collaborates with global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with small molecule APIs/drug substances preferred.
• Leadership in technical teams with knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
