The Superintendent - Mechanical oversees activities of General Foreman and works on piping, fixtures and equipment installation, and rigging of machinery. Essential duties include safety leadership on site, planning for safety and efficiency, managing foreman and crew, and coordinating with project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Be safety leader on site.
• Plan the work for optimal safety and efficiency; track the plan.
• Manage activities of Foreman and assigned craft workers.
• Support Project Manager with scheduling, productivity tracking, and change management requirements.
• Create construction schedules, perform regular updates, and monitor relationships.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring occupants.
• Foster the development of supervisors to grow into future superintendents.
• Represent Field Operations as primary interface with Owner, Clients, Vendors, and Design Team.
• Significant travel may be required.
