Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Site Manager for our Harrisonburg, VA team to lead operations in a federal work environment.

The role requires strong analytical capability, proven supervision of 200+ staff preferred, and the ability to coordinate with Government representatives, prepare briefings, and implement efficient procedures. U.S. citizenship and clearability are required, with PMP or Six Sigma strengths a plus.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be clearable
• Bachelor's Degree in program management, business or related field; PMP in lieu of BS may be allowed
• Six Sigma/Lean Certification or ASQ is a strength
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in Government contracts environment is a strength
• Experience supervising 200+ people is a strength
• Ability to address operational concerns and training needs

Responsibilities

• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports
• Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives
• Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials
• Prepare SOPs and revisions; implement procedures
• Respond to Government inquiries and NRC meeting requests within 2 hours
• Identify and implement process improvements to cost and quality
• Address operational concerns and staff training needs
