Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC seeks an Operations/Site/Production Manager in Harrisonburg, VA to oversee field operations, coordinate with Government personnel, and act as Program Manager in the PM's absence.

The role requires US citizenship, a DoD security clearance (Active Secret preferred), a Bachelor's degree (PMP in lieu), and a Six Sigma Green Belt, with at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification may substitute.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be present at the requested office location for in-person meetings within 2 consecutive business hours.
• Act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies; analyze training needs/requirements.
• Prepare complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions and communicate with Government personnel as required.
• Present oral briefings to management officials and policy makers.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, and process efficiency.
