Overview Job Title: Site Manager Location: Quantico, Virginia Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Site Manager (SM) to provide day-to-day operational leadership and oversight for contractor personnel supporting the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP). The Site Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and Government representatives for administrative, technical, and operational support requirements. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing on-site contract performance supporting Marine Expeditionary Force Exercises (MEFEX), training events, operational planning activities, and simulation-based exercises. The Site Manager ensures personnel, resources, schedules, and operational support activities are effectively executed in accordance with contract requirements and mission objectives. The role requires strong leadership, operational coordination, and decision-making skills in dynamic training environments, including support for travel-intensive and short-notice exercise requirements.

Requirements Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military service or direct experience supporting Marine Corps or Joint training exercises.
• Experience supporting simulation-based exercises, operational planning events, or military training programs.
• Familiarity with MAGTF operations, MEF exercises, or Marine Corps training processes.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel and travel-intensive operations.

Security

Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active top secret security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
