Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) seeks a Site Manager in Waterloo, IA to lead operations, dispatch, and sales for the site. You will drive safety, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage field staff across equipment and services focused on water blasting and related operations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in environmental/industrial services with a bachelor’s degree and strong safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in environmental/industrial services.
• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years managerial experience.
• Strong safety and government compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations, dispatch, and sales/marketing for the site or territory.
• Lead safety initiatives and drive a culture of zero accidents.
• Train and mentor field staff on waterblasting and related equipment.
• Coordinate outages and projects with managers to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and safety rules; manage daily job tickets and billing input.
