Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a Site Manager to direct operations at the Waterloo site, overseeing dispatch, staff retention, and customer-focused service in a safety-conscious environment. You will drive performance, coordinate field crews, and ensure compliance with SES policies while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

This role requires leadership, hands-on training, and a commitment to zero-accident safety goals, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in environmental/industrial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 5 years managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safety and government compliance.
• Sales experience preferred.
• High ethics and values.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Strong background in team building.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety and environmental champion; coach unsafe conditions and behaviors among subordinates and others.
• Drive safety goals and continual improvement.
• Train and mentor Field Service staff on operation and maintenance of waterblasting equipment; provide input on performance evaluations.
• Coordinate outages and communicate customer requirements with Regional/Branch Managers and Supervisors.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations; coordinate support through crew and Branch Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure tasks are performed as required.
• Direct dispatch, site setup, and allocation of staff/equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures; oversee safety and regulatory adherence.
