Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) seeks a Site Manager to direct operations, dispatch and customer-focused service at our Ohio site. You will lead safety, training, scheduling, and field crews to ensure high-quality water blasting and environmental services while meeting client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the Environmental and/or Industrial Services industry.
• Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safety and government compliance.
• High ethics and values.
• Action-oriented and results-driven.
• Customer focused and employee safety attitude.
• Excellent oral and written Communications.
• Strong background in team building.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety and environmental champion; lead by example; coach unsafe conditions and behaviours.
• Drive change with a focus on safety and continual improvement.
• Train and mentor Field Service staff on operation and maintenance of waterblasting equipment; provide input on performance evaluations.
• Support outages and special projects; communicate requirements and review daily schedules with management.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations; coordinate support through crew or Branch Manager.
• Ensure effective communication with customers to meet expectations.
• Operate SES Vacuum Trucks, Water Blasters, Steamer units and related equipment.
• Direct dispatch processes; allocate staff and resources; ensure safe sites and proper invoicing.
