Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. The Site Manager will lead protective services operations on site, supervising contractor personnel and ensuring daily site operations run smoothly.

The role requires availability during business hours and rapid after-hours response to NASA communications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel, current Top Secret

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel
Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret
First Aid / CPR / AED
NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO)
NASA Basic Training Standard (NBTS)
ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300 and ICS-400
IS-700, IS-800 and IS-2200
NASA SATERN training, including center-specific requirements
NASA or comparable federal or military protective services experience preferred
Ability to work on site and meet 24/7 availability requirements

Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site leader for protective services operations at ARC
Supervise contractor personnel and manage daily site operations
Represent the Program Manager locally and act as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site
Maintain on-site presence during designated business hours and be available 24/7, with rapid response to NASA communications
