Job summary

Vision Quest Solutions Inc. seeks a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi. The role requires on-site leadership, supervision of contractor personnel, and liaison with NASA leadership.

Candidates must meet 24/7 availability and rapid response expectations. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with security protocols, and report to the Program Manager on-site as the primary contractor

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 5+ years supervising armed personnel.
• Top Secret clearance in progress to Top Secret.
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO) and NBTS training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for protective services operations at SSC.
• Supervise contractor personnel and manage daily site operations.
• Represent the Program Manager locally and act as primary contractor contact with NASA leadership.
• Maintain 24/7 availability, respond to NASA calls within 60 minutes and report to site within four hours when requested.
