Job summary

MAU is seeking a Site Manager to direct MAU personnel at the customer site in Augusta, GA. You will oversee onboarding, payroll, performance counseling, and attendance tracking to ensure KPI achievement and a positive associate experience.

You will coordinate safety programs and lead investigations, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to MAU policies. Strong supervisory and HR experience in manufacturing, plus a Bachelor’s or HR cert preferred, are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience, preferably in Human Resources or manufacturing.
• Strong supervisory and HR-related responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing safety programs and employee relations processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct MAU personnel at the customer site to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, performance counseling, and attendance tracking.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with MAU policies and site-specific rules.
• Coordinate with client supervisors on workforce needs and new requirements.
