Rehrig Pacific is seeking an On Site Warehouse Manager in Elwood, IL to lead daily operations and champion a safe, collaborative environment.

You will guide onboarding, coach staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our values. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a new site with a Monday–Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally.

On Site Warehouse Manager in Elwood, IL Were looking for a Site Manager who believes in the power of people and teamwork. In this role, youll guide daily operations, support team development, and foster a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family. This position is a new site in Elwood, IL, Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
