Biogest America Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a biogas plant construction project in Colorado. You will work closely with the Project Manager to complete the project on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role emphasizes site leadership, coordination with contractors, and safety culture in a renewable energy construction setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction or project management is valuable, but lack of experience will not disqualify.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project specs, quality, and safety.
• Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site records and documentation to track project milestones and changes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Site Manager to oversee our biogas plant construction project. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or further develop their careers in construction management within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Site Management & Construction
  · Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction activities.
  · Supervise on-site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements and safety regulations.
  · Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations
  Progress Monitoring & Reporting
  Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
  · Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  Safety & Team Leadership
  · Foster a positive team environment and promote health and safety practices on-site.
  

Qualifications

• Education
  Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  Experience
  Experience in construction or project management is valuable, but lack of experience will not disqualify candidates.
  Skills and Competencies
  · Strong communication and organizational skills.
  · Basic knowledge of biogas technology or renewable energy is an advantage.
  · Basic knowledge of various engineering fields involved in biogas plant construction (civil, mechanical, electrical) is an advantage but not mandatory
