Vision Quest Solutions Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, LA.

The role leads on-site operations, oversees contractor personnel, and acts as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership. The Site Manager must work on site, be available 24/7, and coordinate rapid responses to emergencies, reporting within the required timeframes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel.
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret.
• First Aid / CPR / AED certification.
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO) training.
• NASA Basic Training Standard (NBTS) knowledge.
• IC S-100/200/300/400 training.
• IS-700/IS-800/IS-2200 training.
• NASA SATERN training and center-specific requirements.
• Experience in NASA protective services preferred.
• Ability to work on site with 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for protective services at MAF.
• Supervise contractor personnel and daily site operations.
• Represent the Program Manager locally.
• Act as primary contractor contact with NASA leadership on site.
• Maintain 24/7 availability and respond to NASA calls within 60 minutes; report within four hours after hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Site Manager will serve as the on-site leader for protective services operations at MAF. This position supervises contractor personnel, manages daily site operations, represents the Program Manager locally, and serves as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site.

The Site Manager must work on site during designated business hours, remain available 24/7, return NASA calls or messages within 60 minutes, and be able to report to the site within four hours when requested after hours.
