Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead a £5 million new-build healthcare facility in Gloucester. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, programme delivery and quality.

Requirements include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with a background in main contracting and experience managing £3m–£10m projects. A competitive package and long-term regional opportunities are on offer.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering new-build construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued between £3m and £10m.
• Background with a main contractor.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (essential). Healthcare project experience is advantageous but not essential.

Job DescriptionConstruction Site Manager

Location: Gloucester. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Package (including £5,000 Car Allowance).

An established, family-run regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £5 million new-build healthcare facility in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project that will have a lasting impact on the local community while working for a business renowned for its quality, integrity and long-term approach to construction.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Driving health and safety standards and ensuring full compliance.
• Monitoring programme and progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
