Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated PM Site Manager in Mansfield/Lexington to lead daily operations at our client's facility. You will supervise a team of cleaners, act as the primary client contact, and ensure safety, quality, and presentation standards are met on site.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes operational efficiency, budget awareness, and strong communication. The ideal candidate will coach staff, enforce PPE and uniform policies, and report on-site metrics to the Operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
• Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
