• Proven ability to manage timelines, recruit, train, and develop personnel.

The Site Manager is responsible for operations oversight at CTC sites. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that projects and activities are progressing as planned. Manages timelines, coordinates tasks, and adjusts plans as necessary to meet objectives.

This role will be onsite at Fork Polk, Louisiana. An active Secret (Tier 3) level Security Clearance is required.

• Collaborates with the FOCUS Center Manager and other site leads on projects, share knowledge and resources, and work together towards common objectives.

• Fosters an environment of innovation within the site.

• Conducts and oversees research projects, staying updated on the latest developments in the field, and implementing new technologies or methodologies to improve operations.

• Ensures that all activities and operations within the site comply with relevant laws, regulations, and military standards.

• This includes maintaining operational security, data protection, and ethical standards.

• Reports on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the site to the FOCUS Center Manager.

• Prepares detailed reports, presents findings, and makes recommendations for future actions.

• Addresses challenges and obstacles that arise during the operations of the site.

• Continually assesses the effectiveness of the site’s operations and seek ways to improve. Solicits feedback, conducts after-action reviews, and implements changes to enhance performance.
