Job summary

EMR Group USA is seeking a Site Manager to lead a skilled operations team at our Wisconsin facility. You will supervise daily yard activities, manage material flow, safety, inventory and shipping, and represent EMR to local customers.

We value hands-on leaders with industrial operations experience, a track record in team development, and familiarity with recycling or demolition segments. The role includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience of daily operations in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment and machinery.
• Experience in the recycling or demolition industry, with knowledge of scrap metal commodities (a plus).
• Experience leading a team and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for customers and employees while maximizing facility volume and margins and controlling costs.
• Lead, train, and support yard staff to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, including preventative checks and repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory through effective systems management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data, set goals, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with regional support teams, including operations, safety, environmental, maintenance, and human resources.

About The Opportunity
