WITRON Group in Tolleson, AZ is seeking motivated Machine Operators to operate and monitor an advanced automated material handling system (MHE) in a fast-paced warehouse. You will troubleshoot faults, perform basic maintenance, and resolve jams to keep the system running smoothly.

Candidates should be comfortable with HMIs and WMS, work well in a team, and meet physical requirements for a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills

Join WITRON as a Machine Operator!

WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 80–100 feet
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures

Work Environment

• Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to -10°F)
• Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems
