Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations at a high-profile client site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, security oversight, and the ability to build durable client relationships.

You will supervise contract staff, coordinate with HR and leadership on hiring and training, and ensure compliance with security policies. A proactive, professional, and results-driven approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and common office apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years of security experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other essential computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships
• Experience working at a Client Energy facility is preferred
