DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and be responsible for ensuring we maintain high quality for our customers.

  • Lead: Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+). Set success, safety, productivity. Build strong culture, drive satisfaction. Partner with Shift Leads to delegate.
  • Own: Own day‑to‑day operations of DashMart warehouse, including light‑prep kitchen tasks, run site processes smoothly, schedule, manage labor budget, meet metric goals.
  • Delight customers: Lead team to deliver best experience per order, maintain key quality metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed). Work cross‑functionally with central teams.
  • Strategize: Use data to identify pain points, design/improve processes, enhance operations, quality, employee experience.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

Base Pay: $64,800 – $95,300 USD
