DoorDash is seeking an Operations Leader to manage a 5‑15k sq ft DashMart distribution center in the Pittsburgh area. You will lead the local warehouse team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and own day‑to‑day operations including scheduling and labor budget.
You will build a positive culture, scale performance, and leverage data to identify pain points and implement improvements across the site.
DashMart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
