Doordashusa is seeking a proven leader for a role in our distribution center located in Providence, RI. The position involves leading a team of Operations Associates, managing warehouse logistics, and employing analytical skills to optimize operations.

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.
In this role, you’ll work within a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, assist in leading the local warehouse operating team, and in some locations, include preparing food in a light‑prep kitchen, and help the Site Manager maintain high quality for our customers.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

National base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $56,200 – $82,700 USD.
