Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver refurbishment works on a long-term social housing framework in occupied properties around Norfolk. You will lead site teams, coordinate trades, ensure safety, programme, budget and quality, while maintaining strong client and resident relations.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record in social housing refurbishment. A MCIOB qualification or ongoing is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering refurbishment projects on-site.
  • Proven track record in occupied residential properties.
  • Strong health & safety knowledge and site compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Hold SMSTS and CSCS certifications and First Aid at Work.
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence.

Site Manager

Norfolk | Up to £58,000 + Package | Social Housing Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering refurbishment works on a long-term social housing framework contract. With a secure pipeline of work and a strong reputation within the sector, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for stability and career progression.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects within occupied residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee site teams and subcontractors while acting as the key point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all day-to-day site activities

Requirements
Essential
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering refurbishment projects
  • Experience working within occupied residential properties
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
  • SMSTS

  • Social housing or planned maintenance experience
