Site Supervisor (Progression to Contracts Manager)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Car or Allowance + Package + Training + Progression

This is a great time to join this specialist contractor, who are in a strong period of growth. They have recently won several large projects to add to their already consistent pipeline and are looking to add a dependable and personable individual to their team who is looking for a long‑term career.
You'll join in a hands‑on role, supporting the directors and running multiple live projects from start to finish. You'll be developed across the full commercial and client‑facing side of the projects, with structured training, direct mentoring and clear progression into a Contracts Manager role.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial refurbishment projects and proven experience leading work on site. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, as you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the projects.
