Job summary

Trillium is seeking a strong leader to oversee daily and strategic operations at our Hamburg, New Jersey facility. You will drive production scheduling, supplier management and staff development to support growth and efficiency.

The role requires a college degree, 3+ years of management experience, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on-site position offers comprehensive compensation and benefits.

This position provides leadership for daily and strategic business processes including policy development, customer satisfaction and acquisition, operational improvement, production scheduling, staff selection and development, and facility/business growth and expansion. Decisions of the General Manager directly impact the success of the business.

Main Responsibilities

• In conjunction with Sr. Management, establishes challenging targets for improvement in all areas of Business
• Provides leadership in operational scheduling by setting production priorities
• Maintain and strengthen supply chain resources and vendor relationships
• Reviews and reports ongoing company performance to stakeholders
• Provides leadership in promoting a cooperative, harmonious and successful work environment
• Develops and manages standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety
• Maintains production metrics for internal reporting
• Direct supervision of 6 positions and overall responsibility for entire staff
• Analyzes internal and external data to make recommendations for strategic planning

Education and Experience

• College Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years management experience in relevant environment

• Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings
• Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
