Job summary

Trillium is seeking a dedicated assembler/tester for electrical motors at our Hamburg, NJ facility. You will assemble, test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies, ensuring quality and reliability in a hands-on environment.

The role requires skills in digital multimeters, electrical safety and strong documentation. You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College or trade training relevant to the industry preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical charts and drawings.
• Experience with electrical testing and diagnostics is a plus.
• Familiar with electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components.
• Diagnose and repair problems in electric motors.
• Visually inspect stator and windings of electric motors.
• Test continuity of various electric motors.
• Test electric motor cooling coils for leaks and flow.
• Document data on the unit’s electromagnetic characteristics and conditions.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.

This position is to assemble, test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in electric motors.


• Visually Inspect Stator and Windings of Electric Motors.


• Test Continuity of various electric motors.


• Test electric motors cooling coils for leaks and flow.


• Document all relevant data specific to unit’s electro-magnetic characteristics, operating conditions and existing damage.


• Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.


• Other duties as required.
