Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Site Manager for an 8–10 week refurbishment project in Worcester, with travel involved. You will lead the team, coordinate roofing, EWI, scaffolding, M&E, plastering and decorating to uphold standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling works to meet procedures, mentoring the crew, and liaising with the Contracts Manager to monitor quality of each phase.

As the Site Manager, you'll be working contract, with properties based in Worcester - this role will require you to travel. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for leading the team to keep up with standards on a refurbishment scheme.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the works of 4 houses on a refurbishment project.

Location: Worcester

Duration: 8 - 10 weeks.
