Job summary

Leidos seeks a Site Leader for the Patuxent River, MD site to oversee field services delivery and lead the desktop support team at the location. The role focuses on meeting SLAs and targeted metrics while guiding onsite staff.

The position requires US citizenship and a DoD Secret Clearance, with a BS degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s with 6–10 years). Strong IT operations acumen and excellent communication are essential.

Leidos Site Leader - Patuxent River, MD

Leidos is seeking a Site Leader to support the government site group Patuxent River MD as one of the key members of the Field Services team. The candidate will be responsible for all service delivery to the assigned site group, including managing performance against Service Level Requirements (SLRs) and targeted metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for providing desktop support at assigned site location


• Plan, direct, and monitor operational/tactical activities of the team


• Provide Subject Matter Expertise and technical leadership for onsite staff.


• Act as chief point of contact for team members as frontline escalation point regarding on-site issues

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen


• DoD Secret Clearance


• BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Will accept HS diploma with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree


• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification


• Must demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations

Pay Range

Pay Range: Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
