Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Site Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee startup, daily operations, logistics and admin on a large-scale construction data center project in Haskell, TX. This contract-to-hire role focuses on keeping field and office teams aligned and project documentation up to date.

You will coordinate site readiness, manage facilities, onboarding, scheduling, and vendor relationships while tracking costs and timesheets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Site Manager / Project Coordinator

Oversee site startup, daily operations, logistics, and administrative functions for large-scale construction projects. Ensure site readiness, support field teams, coordinate vendors and personnel, and maintain efficient project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site mobilization, startup, and readiness activities.
• Manage trailers, office setup, utilities, internet, and site facilities.

Must‑Have Skills

• Construction project coordination or site administration experience.
• Site startup/mobilization and logistics coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on active construction jobsites.
• Data center, industrial, or large‑scale project experience.
• Multi‑site project support experience.
• Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules.

Work Environment

• Onsite in Haskell, TX (training in Abilene, TX).
• Active data center construction project.
• Approximately 10 days on / 4 days off schedule.
• Opportunity to support future projects and take ownership of site operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haskell, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
