Job summary

Freight Breakers in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all account operations, including customer relations, labor control, and safety compliance.

You will coach and develop a management team, maintain productive communications across internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements across all operations. The role requires strong leadership and a fast-paced, flexible schedule. Experience in multi-site operations and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

• Previous experience managing a multiple shift operation preferred.
• Multi-Site management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track Payroll for all employees
• Manages an unloading team of 20-30 people
• Track attendance for all employees
• Track safety audit data

With onsite leadership and a production-minded labor force, we provide our customers with site-centric solutions to high touch manual processes.
