i9 Sports Site Manager is responsible for overseeing game-day operations at a venue, delivering a superior i9 Sports experience. The candidate must be high-energy, organized, and able to supervise staff and volunteers while ensuring safety and smooth program delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience with kids, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset designed to WOW participants and families during weekend and evening shifts for a 6-week season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage safety and oversee staff and volunteers.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends during the season.
• Experience with kids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Saturday & Sunday shifts available (8:00 am - 2:00 pm outdoors).
• Field set up and breakdown for game day events.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches.
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule.
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition.
