i9 Sports - West/Southwest Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a superior i9 Sports experience and oversee game-day operations. The ideal candidate is high-energy, organized, and customer-service oriented with a background working with kids and a willingness to learn sports management.

Responsibilities include field setup, staff supervision, ensuring programs run on schedule, and maintaining a positive, sportsmanlike environment with top-notch customer service during events.

Qualifications

• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.

• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends for ~7 weeks season.

Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer‑service oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
