Corporate Service Management (CSM) America is seeking a dedicated full-time Site Manager to join our operations team servicing the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. We provide dependable janitorial services and a people-first workplace.

You will report to the Director of Operations and balance people management, operational excellence, and client partnership in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• 1 year experience in facility management or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety experience.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Must be on-call 24/7.
• Janitorial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and within budget for a 24/7 facility.
• Demonstrate leadership in accordance with policies and state regulations.
• Analyze contractual obligations and financial reporting to identify opportunities and collaborate with corporate on future opportunities.
• Review and analyze site safety performance; identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct weekly site walks with Shift Managers and teams to assess objectives and labor opportunities.
• Host weekly site walks with client and corporate teams for improvements.
• Encourage and inspire teams to promote engagement and client relations.
• Train shift managers on janitorial processes including OSHA standards and profitability.
• Support pilots and new initiatives to streamline workflow processes.
• Ensure time keeping requirements are legally upheld.

The Opportunity

Qualifications:

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• The Site Manager should oversee daily operations, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively, as well as within budget for a 24/7 facility.
• Demonstrate leadership in accordance with the organization's policies and state regulations.
• Analyze and interpret contractual obligations and financial reporting to access opportunities and determine successes in key areas to collaborate with corporate on potential future opportunities.
• Review and analyze site’s safety performance; identify trends and implement appropriate game plans for improvement.
• Conduct weekly site walks with Shift Managers and teams lead to assess site objectives, labor management opportunities; and create effective game plans for improvements.
• Host weekly site walks with the Client and Corporate teams on opportunities for improvement.
• Empower and inspire team to promote employee engagement and healthy client interactions.
• Train and monitor shift managers on janitorial processes including chemical hazards, PPE and other OSHA standards, customer service, and profitability.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of pilot programs and new organization initiatives to improve streamline workflow processes.
• Ensure that time keeping requirements are lawfully upheld during shift.
