WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Site Manager, Full-time

Location: Onsite Bedford Park

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, Hours vary from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness
• Ensure all administrative and clinical staff are trained for their roles
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Follow up on patient concerns and incidents
• Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding new employees
• Supervise staff schedules and post monthly schedules
• Assist with coverage during absences
• Implement and monitor office policies and procedures
• Monitor calls, address policy and compliance concerns
• Create and present performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Maintain staff professionalism
• Communicate issues constructively and participate in solutions
• Assist with call volume, admin tasks, and manager calls as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Alternate between sitting, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping
