ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage staff and delegate responsibilities as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs
• Identify and resolve customer complaints
• Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies
• Maintain ongoing training of personnel on systems and procedures
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom
• Achieve profit goals for the location
• Maintain efficient personnel scheduling
• Maintain vendor relations and develop new client relationships
• Oversee daily business operations
• Complete administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner
• Hold meetings to align with company standards
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Assess employee performance and conduct reviews

Requirements:

Physical Demands: The employee frequently stands and walks throughout the workday, uses hands, reaches with arms, climbs or balances, and may need to crouch or kneel. Lifting objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs may be required.

Working Environment: This role involves working outdoors in a typical car wash environment. Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols is mandatory.
