Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, electrical construction, or related fields; lighting retrofit experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, job specifications, contract requirements, and labor planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SnapCount.
• Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively supervise subcontractors.
• Experience using iPads, Android devices, and other field technology.
• Ability to walk large job sites and remain active for extended periods.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development within the lighting and controls industry.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Commercial electrical construction experiencestronglypreferred.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

The salary range for this position is$120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications, industry experience, and geographic location. Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available.
