This role provides a range of administrative and operational support services, including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist functions. The Site Manager is also responsible for supervising all on-site employees, including hiring, recruiting, scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development.This role serves as the primary point of contact for site operations and plays a critical role in maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.Essential Job FunctionsSite Management & Client RelationshipServe as the principal liaison between Opensity Solutions, on-site employees, and the clientEnsure consistent communication with the client regarding service delivery, staffing, and operational performanceDemonstrate knowledge of all services, turnaround times, and client expectationsMaintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfactionIdentify opportunities to expand services and improve operational efficiencyTeam Leadership & SupervisionSupervise, delegate, and support all on-site employees to ensure productivity and service standards are metRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees for site-level positionsTrain, coach, evaluate, and develop employees to support professional growth and performance improvementSchedule staff to ensure full coverage of operating hours while minimizing overtimePromote a professional, service-driven team environmentOperational Service DeliveryOversee all on-site service functions including mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities supportEnsure accurate and timely completion of all service requests per client standardsMaintain organization and readiness of office support areas including copy rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areasEnsure proper handling of mail, packages, and courier services according to established proceduresSupport basic facilities coordination including office moves, equipment support, and workspace organizationReporting & Process ImprovementTrack operational performance and productivity metrics for site operationsAssist in preparing monthly reports for leadership and client reviewIdentify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, service quality, and operational consistencySupport implementation of process improvements and best practices across the siteCompliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety proceduresMaintain documentation related to staffing, scheduling, and operational performanceSupport administrative tracking of site operations and service delivery requirementsService Delivery OversightEnsure effective delivery of all office services, including mail, copy, print, scanning, hospitality, reception, and facilities supportMaintain knowledge of all service offerings, turnaround times, delivery standards, and client expectationsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of all operational tasks and service requestsSupport upkeep of client workspaces, including conference rooms, kitchens, and shared office areasReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack productivity and operational performance metricsAssist in preparing monthly reports for leadership and client reviewIdentify opportunities to expand services and improve operational workflowsPartner with leadership to implement process improvements and service enhancementsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredPrevious supervisory experience in a client service or office services environment preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periodsAbility to handle packages using carts with up to 75 lbs capacityThe Compensation range for this role is 60,000 to 64,000 USD per year.
