Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Managers to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate mobilization, turn-around coverage, and site challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Review timesheets, manage project documentation, and ensure on-time reporting.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers for scheduling and escalations.
• Visit sites for mobilization and go-live support; oversee field operations.
